My Apartment — by LimogiAI Solutions
Last updated 22 August 2026
My Apartment is used by the residents, committee members and staff of a specific residential building whose Residents' Association has signed up for it. It is not a general-purpose social app, and there is nothing in it to browse if you do not live or work in one of those buildings.
This policy explains exactly what the app records, who can see it, and how to have it removed. We have tried to describe what the software genuinely does rather than list every category a lawyer might imagine.
Your Residents' Association decides who lives in the building, who serves on the committee and who is employed as staff. They are the owner of the building's records. LimogiAI Solutions provides and operates the software on their behalf.
If you want something corrected or removed, the fastest route is usually your own committee. You can also contact us directly — details at the bottom.
| Information | Why |
|---|---|
| Your name and flat number | So complaints, notices and deliveries reach the right household |
| Email address | Signing in. We do not send marketing of any kind |
| Phone number | So the committee and security can reach you. Hidden from other residents unless you choose to publish it |
| Whether you own or rent | Some decisions and votes are for owners only |
When someone arrives to visit your flat, security records their name, phone number, vehicle number and the reason for the visit, and may take a photograph. This is information about your visitor rather than about you, and it works the same way as the paper register at the gate it replaces.
You can see the entries for your own flat. Other residents cannot.
Every request the app makes is checked against the rules held in the database, not merely hidden in the app's screens. A resident cannot read another household's records even by other means.
| Who | Can see |
|---|---|
| You | Yourself, the people sharing your flat, your own complaints, your own gate entries and bills |
| Committee members | Complaints raised to them, and the building's shared records. Private notes they add are never shown to residents |
| Office bearers | The above, plus resident records needed to run the Association |
| Security and caretaker | Only what their job needs — the gate register, or meter readings. Not resident contact lists |
| Other residents | Your name and flat, and your phone number only if you have chosen to publish it |
| LimogiAI staff | Nothing routinely. Support access to a building is deliberate, limited, and written to an access log the Association can read |
Buildings are entirely separate from one another. No apartment's records are visible to another apartment.
Records are stored on servers in Mumbai, India, operated on our behalf by Supabase, and are encrypted in transit. Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase and Apple's notification service; those carry only the short alert text, for example that a delivery is waiting at your gate.
You may ask for your account and personal details to be deleted at any time.
We will action it within 30 days. Some records are kept even after your account is removed — for example, a gate entry or a resolved complaint remains part of the building's history, with your personal contact details detached from it. Your Association needs those records for the same reasons it keeps its old registers and minutes.
The app is for adults responsible for a household. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and notify Associations using the app. Continuing to use it after a change means you accept it.
